Bob and John earned a start in this year's Kentucky Derby by splashing to a length plus win in The Wood Memorial. The Seeking The Gold colt battled with favorite Keyed Entry into deep stretch before pulling away. As in The Bay Shore, the winning connections were Stonerside Stables, Bob Baffert and Garrett Gomez. Jazil, who caught Keyed Entry at the wire, may also try to contest The Derby
