It can't get much better than this! Three of the top rated sprinters
in the country were set to contest The Vosburgh Stakes. Three-year-old
sensation Henny Hughes, who won The King's
Bishop Stakes on Travers Day, was facing older horses
including Breeders' Cup sprint winner Silver Train and Vanderbilt
Breeders' Cup winner War Front. John Velazquez and Henny Hughes took the
lead from Attila's Storm and went on to a win by three lengths, The
chestnut son of Hennessy has never finished worse than second,
with six wins and three seconds in nine lifetime starts. Looks to be one
of the favorites in The Breeders' Cup Sprint.
